Pre-Procedure Instructions

Avoid prolonged sun exposure, lasers, tanning, and self-tanners for 1 week prior

Avoid alcohol, NSAIDs, fish oil, vitamin E, ginkgo, St. John's Wort for 24-48h before treatment.

Arrive with clean skin (no makeup, creams, or sunscreen)

Inform my provider of any recent illness, medications, or procedures

If you have a history of cold sores, please notify us before your treatment so we can prescribe antiviral agents for you to start taking prior to the day of your treatment
Post-Procedure Instructions

Remain upright for at least 4h after treatment

Avoid rubbing, massaging or applying pressure to the treated areas for 24h

Avoid makeup, exercise, sauna, and swimming for 24h

Results appear gradually over several weeks and may require multiple sessions
Contraindications
Microneedling is safe for most healthy adults, but may not be recommended if you have:
